Indian Shores - Indian Rocks Beach, Florida

Indian Shores
Indian Shores is approximately 2.65 miles of re-nourished sandy beaches and is home to about 1500 residents. With the addition of winter residents, the population grows to over 5000. The town hosts the non-profit Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary and is home to a variety of restaurants, shops and accomodations. In addition, currently underway all overhead utilities are going underground, sidewalks and vintage steet lamps are being added... giving a quaint neighborhood feeling to this beach community. Upscale, architecturally unique new condominium complexes have targeted the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores and are beginning to dot its coastline. Residences in brand new gulf front buildings such as Tuscany, Del Mar West, Alta Vita, San Kevi (and more) represent the finest in beach-front living.
Indian Rocks Beach
Less than three miles along the Gulf of Mexico, and like its neighboring barrier island communities, Indian Rocks Beach waterfront property faces either the Gulf or Intercoastal. At some points along this narrow piece of land, like in The Narrows, you can actually view both bodies of water. A quiet town of approximately 4000, with easy beach access, it is a favorite destination for those who want a more quiet beach lifestyle. Similar to Indian Shores, some breathtaking new residential complexes are taking luxury living to new levels!
