Mark Purtee - Mark brings a unique blend of talents and strengths to the team. Working with his father at a young age in their construction business, Mark developed a good eye for proper construction and fine finishes. His years in the financial industry with Shearson Lehman as a Financial Consultant to both Business Owners and Individuals brings an understanding of portfolio investing and knowing good value when making a purchase. Mark left the team for several years to become a senior executive for two international developers and was involved in over $75 million in real estate transactions. Back as head of the team in 2009, Mark is an Accredited Certified Luxury Home Specialist.
Garges Purtee - Garges adds a tremendous strength to the backbone of the team with her entrepreneurial spirit and credibility. Having built two national companies in direct marketing, she brings the advantage of having a full advertising department right here within the team! Her creative spirit led her to offer her interior design skills to out-of-state clients and she has a long list of happy clients. Her skills at negotiating the best deal for her clients make her highly sought after by both Buyers and Sellers alike.
Lambdin Freeman - Lambdin has a spirit and energy that adds innovation and dedication to the team. Having joined the team in 2004, she is an integral part of its success. Having worked with Liz Claiborne International in New York City for several years after college, she has a strong sense of business, international clients and current trends. She is an active volunteer in the area and has learned first hand that Tampa Bay is a top destination choice for young adults!
Jill Vogel - Jill joined The PURTEE Team in 2006 and was instantly embraced by both the team and its clients! Having been a realtor in her home state of Michigan ince 1994 before relocating to the Tampa Bay area, Jill brings years of experience to the mix. Her knowledge of real estate and current market conditions (such as short sales and foreclosures) is invaluable to each member of the team when working with their clients. As a licensed assistant, Jill is able to offer full service to clients in order to get their transaction smoothly to closing.

Their years of experience in vacation rentals and affiliation with Florida Beach-Rentals has brought a new level of property management service to the Tampa Bay Beaches and our clients. They will have the rental office open at our location in N Redington Beach 7 days a week to help owners interested in marketing their property for rent, as well as handling walk-in traffic of those looking for a property to rent. AND we are now able to offer ONLINE RENTAL BOOKING directly from our website!
